Your First Visit

At your first visit, we will conduct a careful and complete evaluation of your current condition and sit down with you for a discussion of our findings. We perform our restorative procedures endlessly, day after day, year after year. However, you are unique, and thus all of our procedures are unique. So that we can properly determine your individually unique needs, we typically do not schedule exams and treatment on the same day. We want to make sure you have all the information you need, and that all of your questions are answered prior to any treatment being provided.

Please provide our office with the following:

  • If you have a current dentist who referred you to us: Your referral slip and any x-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking
  • If you have dental insurance, bring your insurance information.

How to Prepare for your First Visit

If your dentist has taken x-rays, you may request that they forward them to us. If there is not enough time, please pick them up and bring them with you. If additional x-rays are necessary, they will be taken at our office.
