Liz Salko

Liz Salko brings a unique blend of experience, organization, and warmth to her hybrid role as Patient Care Coordinator and Dental Assistant at Overland Park Dental Design. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 2007, Liz became a Certified Dental Assistant in 2009. She began her dental career working alongside residents and faculty at the University of Missouri–Kansas City before joining Overland Park Dental Design in 2010.

Over the years, Liz has assisted Dr. Lillis chairside and has also helped patients coordinate care with oral surgeons, endodontists, and periodontists. Her communication skills and attention to detail shine through in everything she does—from managing the schedule and working with insurance companies to ensuring every patient has a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

After several years living in Scottsdale, Arizona, Liz returned to the Kansas City area in 2023 and rejoined the Overland Park Dental Design team in 2025. She’s loved reconnecting with longtime patients and getting to know the many new faces who have joined the practice since her return.

Outside the office, Liz enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs!
